    I’ll start out by saying I was referred by a family member. I have been in the healthcare industry for 8 years with extensive customer service experience . Applied because I wanted to change fields and knew a lot of internal info about the company and position due to knowing people who work here . First of all, essentially this is an entry level customer service job and their recruiting/interview process is absolutely ridiculous for the type of position. It was a month and a half process . 3 interviews, and they waited 2 weeks after my final interview to tell me I wasn’t selected. It’s quit obvious that this company solely hires based off how well you can bs your way through their personality questions to see if you fit specifically into their unique company culture or if you are someone that can be easily forced/molded to fit in. Qualifications clearly not taken into consideration . I think they focus entirely too much on someone’s personality or how well they interview instead of experience, qualifications, education etc. It gives cult-like vibes .
