    I have been working at Wedgewood full-time (Less than a year)


    Plenty of opportunities for growth since Wedgwood has many companies under the same umbrella. Pay rate match the market with very generous break room full of snacks and advanced coffee machines. HR is very easy to work with and they been there every time I needed their help.
    Management in the IT department treats me with respect and they appreciate all the work I did for them. They did pay for my IT certificates as well.


    Parking close to the building can be difficult but they provide extra parking next to the art center.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wedgewood (El Segundo, CA) in June 2018.


    This company won’t ghost you, but I would also say their interview process is quite excessive. There’s a phone screening (standard), a video interview (which took me 2 hours for 10 questions and I had to download an app), a Predictive Indicator test, and a logic test. This is all before any in-person interviews are scheduled! My logic test results never showed as there was an error halfway through the test and I wasn’t able to take it again. I didn’t hear back when I reached out to the recruiter about it. Research also shows logic tests are wildly inaccurate when determining candidacy, so the logic test is a moot point. I got an email two weeks later saying they had filled the position.
