    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Sterling, VA).


    This was done in front of a panel of managers that consisted of an Area Manager, Department Manager, and a representative from Human Resources. The interview is very long and they ask you a series of questions can be obtuse and hard to answer but overall most questions are fairly simple to answer
