Just recently joined Weichert after 5 years @ C21 & 5 @ L&F. Liked the new Office Manager in my PA office. District Manager was down to earth, informative and professional. I studied and spoke to a lot of companies. I choose Weichert because I thought it would be a great co-brand to my business. Weichert has zero dept and can make decisions based on the client. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Talk to a Weichert hiring manager today.
Onboarding was a bit cumbersome. Needed to provide 1099 for previous 2 years. Retain professional agents by maintaining competitive split levels. Target a younger demographic of agents.
Advice to Management
Attract a new core group of young professionals to replace the retiring veterans. Put more informational material about Weichert out to the Real Estate community. Let people see that Weichert is a viable player in today's market.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Weichert Realtors (Sewell, NJ) in February 2015.
I scheduled first a phone call then with the hiring manager then an in person meeting with the branch manager. Both were very nice. The branch manager was very informative and extremely enthusiastic about her role. I am still deciding on whether to accept but overall I very much liked the people. I am eager to learn more about the company.
