The staff that the Weidert Group team has assembled over the years is made up of the best of the best, from junior associates who are just getting started by learning the ins and outs of agency life to seasoned professionals who are happy to mentor others. The leadership team is incredibly transparent with the entire staff in all aspects of what's happening at the agency and each person on the leadership team has a true "open door" policy, welcoming questions, ideas, and feedback at any time. A lot of thought and heart went into planning what our company culture should look like, with regular check-ins to make sure everyone is aligned and in agreement on the company's culture code (as well as considering whether any additions or modifications should be made to the culture code itself). There's a big emphasis on continuous improvement and learning, no matter your role at the company, to ensure that we're all moving forward not only as individuals, but as an agency, and providing the very best work for our clients. The work is fast-paced but we have a lot of fun along the way!

Interactions were very personal and genuine. They demonstrated an interest in me as a person and as a professional, and demonstrated respect and caring for each other in conversations. Interviews were with HR, the hiring manager and a team member, and eventually the company president. All of these people were warm and kind and put me at ease.
