People there are friendly, they are very cooperative and have team spirit. They are probably the best defense law firm in Atlanta.
They use "floaters" and put them with attorneys without even giving them the benefit of an interview to determine compatibility.
Advice to Management
Conduct internal interviews or hire people specifically to work for specific attorneys. Teamwork requires compatibility as working together is actually a relationship.
