    Positive Outlook

I worked at Weiss-Röhlig as an intern

Free bagels on friday a definite. Random catered breakfast / lunch. Free pizza + cake on birthdays. They take you out for cook a lot. Theres a deli down in the basement of company for convenience.

Pay is not enough for work done. Comparative to other jobs in the field, somewhat under-paid. The job description also doesn't tell you of other duties that fall as your responsibility from time to time.

    Advice to Management

Give the interns better pay as incentive to keep up consistent hard work and dedication. Allowing them to work off work office would also be crucial for students with difficult schedules.
