I have been working at Welfont full-time (More than 3 years)
In the past several months:
Entrepreneur Magazine named Welfont #20 Best Entrepreneurial Business in the entire US overall, and #1 in the real estate brokerage.
Inc Magazine named Welfont #16 fastest growing business in the US overall, and #1 fastest growing real estate brokerage.
Silicon Review named Welfont in the Top 50 Most Trusted companies in the US.
Welfont is definitely the fastest and most entrepreneurial in Tampa according to both Inc and Entrepreneur.
If you want to be in a place that's moving mountains with a lot of career advancement opportunity, this is where it's at. There is no question about that.
You don't have this kind of achievement without overcoming major challenges and obstacles. Be prepared to work a lot. It's not for everyone. People who rather play corporate politics vs. perform their job well, don't last long here.
Advice to Management
Keep growing, keep pruning, and keep doing what you're doing but don't forget the people who helped you get here and have been faithful from the beginning.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Welfont (Tampa, FL).
It was quite intensive but I learned a lot about myself in the process. It was a few of months ago. There was a long questionnaire along with the application followed by a screening call, then a skype interview, and then a face-to-face interview with several parties.

Annual awards outing at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park
The big winners were Megan Sweeny (Operational Employee of the Year for 2018), Rob Blakely, (Dispositions Agent of the Year) and Bill Zapf (Top Producer of the Year). Congratulations to these three, as well as the rest of the team who were recognized for their contributions.
It was a beautiful day for lunch, much needed downtime, celebrating each other’s success, as well as the various activities that the park offers. Looking forward to the next outing!!
