The pros of working for WellPoint are the benefits of course. Employees pay very little in benefits. This makes it very attractive for employees to stay with the company.
The major challenge of working for WellPoint is being worried if you were going to be the next employee they lay off due to reorganization.

My only advice to build a employee coaching structure.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WellPoint.
Very basic interview... The first interview was a phone interview then the next step was with the manager and the floor lead. It was all very basic, nothing major. I think things went a lot easier for me, because my cousin was a head lead there to be honest.
