I have been working at WellStar Health System full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Kennestone has a great New Grad Pipeline Program. I was able to begin my nursing experience in ICU feeling supported and given the time I needed before being out on my own. I have a supportive team. I feel like my co- workers really care about each other, their job, and the patients we take care of. We have pride in striving to be the best.

    Cons

Managers need to value retention of staff. Pay is not as good at other hospitals in metro area.

    Advice to Management

Value your staff, listen to their needs.
