I have been working at WesBanco full-time

    Pros

I have the opportunity to work with a lot of good people. For the most part people are warm and willing to help. Pay is comparable. Expectations are fair. Benefits are comparable. Vacation is comparable and personal time is very generous.

    Cons

It has its corks like any other company but nothing awful. Some higher level managers you need to watch out for, mid management is great.

    Advice to Management

Technology Technology Technology. Also, do something about your back office. Either hire more employees or start holding them to their jobs. PB’s and managers are doing EVERYTHING!

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at WesBanco.

    Interview

Straight forward, phone, face to face, and offer. HR reviews the candidate, then holds a phone interview, a FTF interview and then hands the prospect over to the hiring manager.
