I worked at Wesleyan University full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very family oriented - believes in work/life balance. Great benefits. I enjoyed all 17 years that I was there.

    Cons

Not a lot of cons - could get higher pay elsewhere but that doesn't outweigh the atmosphere and benefits.
