Mission: West is Connecting People and Ideas. We are Delivering on Their Potential. We are Improving the Way We Work and Live.
West is proud to announce that it received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. West joins the ranks of many other major U.S. businesses which also earned top marks this year.
The 2018 CEI rated numerous businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. West’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria results in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
We are pleased to announce the selection of Stacy Skradski and Wren Hanley, as the first West Corporation employees to be sponsored for the University of Nebraska (UNO) Executive Master of Science in Information Technology (EMIT).
I worked at West Corporation full-time (More than 3 years)
I had a wonderful team and was truly a great learning experience
No cons I can think of, but I also believe that I was very fortunate to work with the people that were on my team. I left before private equity so it could be different now.
Advice to Management
Nothing to report here.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at West Corporation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. There are two stages
1. HR phone Interview.
Simple, just behavioral questions were asked in this round.
2. Direct Interview
There was couple of programming questions asked and most questions are from resume.
