Mission: West is Connecting People and Ideas. We are Delivering on Their Potential. We are Improving the Way We Work and Live.
West is proud to announce that it received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. West joins the ranks of many other major U.S. businesses which also earned top marks this year.
The 2018 CEI rated numerous businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. West’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria results in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
We are pleased to announce the selection of Stacy Skradski and Wren Hanley, as the first West Corporation employees to be sponsored for the University of Nebraska (UNO) Executive Master of Science in Information Technology (EMIT).

Advice to Management
Keep up the great management.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at West Corporation in April 2018.
I received a call to schedule an interview, after I scheduled the in person interview I did a phone interview to get the background questions out of the way. The interview was very casual. It was almost like talking with a group of friends. I was told about the company and the environment. I sent a follow up email about a week after to check on my status. A week after that I was offered the position.
