I worked at West Houston Medical Center part-time

    Pros

teamwork within my unit, small hospital got to know everyone. My charge nurse was good.

    Cons

unorganized management, unresponsive, constantly looking for new managers since they did not stay. At the end I didn't even bother to learn their names since I knew they would be around long.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at West Houston Medical Center (Houston, TX) in January 2014.

    Interview

I had multiple interviews and was offered a position. I accepted and then was told they hired someone else. Don't lead applicants on and at the last minute decline
