    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at West Liberty Foods (Bolingbrook, IL) in December 2016.

    Interview

I was called in and asked when I was available for an interview. The gal on the phone was super polite, and to be honest I was totally excited about meeting. They made me an offer, and when I told them what I made AND that my benefits were free-- they said that they would call me back. I'M STILL WAITING. I drove 30 miles to get there and they offered me $14.31. INSULT

    Interview Questions

    • How I handled high pressure situations that were stressful. They also asked me about my HR experience and were very honest about they role, they did not oversell this position. I asked about recruitment and benefits and they told me flat out that this role had NOTHING to do with that.   2 Answers
