West Monroe – Why Work With Us?

Undeniably Different. Undeniable Results.

As a national consulting firm that was born in technology, and built for business, we partner with organizations who want to drive progress, and deliver results. Because we are 100% employee-owned, we’re all responsible for success. Every project. Every time.

Our people-first, highly collaborative culture is core to our identity. It’s something we care about, and something we strive to enrich and preserve. No hierarchies. No siloes. No egos. Just smart ideas, and the drive to make an impact for our clients.

We pride ourselves on bringing a different mindset to consulting—and that takes a different approach: highly collaborative, flexible, and tenacious. We’re looking for people who bring diverse opinions to the table, who happily set ego aside to champion great ideas, no matter who came up with them first, and who stay laser-focused on delivering real results for our clients.

Careers

Whether you're a new graduate, you’ve spent a career in consulting, or you want to use your background in industry to make an impact, we’re looking for people like you.

Every day our clients rely on us to help them tackle their greatest challenges, by strategically deploying technology through a business-focused and industry-specific lens. We bring together both the right knowledge and the right approach, so that they can capitalize on opportunities and deliver real results. That takes the right team. And that’s where you come in.

We’re highly committed and ambitious consultants who relish a challenge. We welcome diverse opinions, we champion others, and we’re always looking for new, innovative ways to not only think big, but bring big ideas to life, too.

West Monroe supports the hiring of Veterans and recognizes their leadership, loyalty, integrity, and commitment to excellence. The values and skills of our Nation’s Veterans align with our values and what we are seeking in future team members.

    Pros

WMP is a great place to start your job. They offer a lot of learning opportunities and try to promote a work/life balance, especially for newer consultants. They also have a great new hire on boarding process that helps start your career.

    Cons

Staffing on projects can be difficult (somewhat a product of the industry)

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (Dallas, TX) in July 2019.

    Interview

I applied through my university's job portal and was quickly emailed to set up a quick call. Afterward, I went into the office for an interview that was pretty casual. About a week later, I was asked to come in for a longer interview that involved meeting 5 different employees. The process took around 3 hours, and involved a couple of assessments. Overall a very direct and comfortable experience.
