Great training, Helpdesk and NOC are mostly good to work with. There is a maintenance side and there is an installation side.
Things changed a lot when West took over. A lot of cuts. Longmont employees morale is low. No room for growth.
Advice to Management
It would seem there is no room for growth.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at West Safety Services (Longmont, CO) in June 2016.
I was contacted and phone screened by a recruiter after my resume was submitted to the talent pool. I interviewed in person with 2 supervisors and an Ops manager and then a few days later I interviewed with the supervisor I would be working for. In about 2 weeks, I was contacted again by the recruiter and hired.
