I worked at West at Home part-time (More than a year)
Very flexible for work life balance and supplemental income. Option to accept or decline projects from the pool availability. The self-paced trainings are user friendly and easy to understand.
Availability of hours and different projects are inconsistent outside of holiday seasons. The regular hourly pay is not much more than minimum wage (except for weekend/holidays).
I applied online. I interviewed at West at Home.
Application, Assessment which took 40 minutes, automated phone interview were they ask you to rearrange sentences. Answer questions about customer service, about a week later got email for job offer. Then background check and get papers around.
