    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (Mesa, AZ) in February 2012.

    Interview

Human resources was very helpful, polite, and professional. Overall it was one of the best interviewing processes I've been through. They answered all calls and took the time to walk me through all positions available to find one that best suited my needs.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked what I wanted out of a position with there company. They also asked the normal interview questions about my qualifications and what salary I was looking for.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I was able to negotiate the hourly pay I was looking for. I also was able to work desired scheduled to accommodate my commute.
