You get lots of exposure to all specialties and many types of cases.
Corporate's call centers have no idea how to book patients. They book randomly and cause many issues at the dental office. Corporate is too focused on reaching monthly goals but it is understandable because ultimately it is a business.
Advice to Management
Teach call center people more about what every procedure is, so they do not overbook or book incorrectly. This would save the offices many issues with patients and also would cut down the wait time.

The interview process was quick and easy. At each step of the way, everyone was very transparent and honest about what to expect. I had a total of three interviews and each one ensured that the other had completely explained the process. I couldn't have been happier with how the intervews went and truly felt like the hiring team wanted me to be successful.
