    Pros

    Company has a great training program and continuous training classes that will prepare you to work for any property management company.
    A lot of perks- ways to earn gift cards, travel & gas compensation to attend trainings and company events

    Cons

    Very very low pay, majority of employees can't even afford the apartments they rent out, which are not expensive
    Corporate doesn't listen to residents or care about their concerns
