I have been working at Westernacher Consulting full-time (Less than a year)
A very flexible working environment where you can ask all the questions and propose your ideas, where you can make real friends with colleagues. A lot of travel opportunities for training and networking. The rapid growth of company brings various opportunities for personal development as well. Company is more looking for good people, instead of good skills only. Therefore, you can find that people around you have nice characteristics.
Some administration processes can be streamlined while we grow bigger.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Westernacher Consulting (London, England (UK)) in February 2013.
Quite a quick process - two phone interviews and one face to face. The first call was not really related to my technical knowledge but more to assess my availability and general knowledge of consulting. I was also asked about travelling for work and how I first discovered SAP. The face to face involved a systems hands on exercise where I was asked to show some aspects of EWM config.
