I have been working at Westgate full-time (More than a year)
They recognize talent and balance work with home
Pay isn't all that great
The process took a week. I interviewed at Westgate.
Did the application, and I have years of excellent, relevant experience, but my application was declined with a standard email talking about how competitive they are. Considering they hire people with no experience, I think either my extensive experience worked against me or I simply applied too late. Considering everything I've read about them, it's for the best. Can't make someone over-pay for an apartment or over-work when they know better.
