I worked at Westmont College part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I was a student worker for the OGP Team at the college. The OGP Team is wonderful and I can't say better things. Very supportive and understanding if you are a student. I worked for them for 3 years and I have gained experience with office duties/ data entry.

    Cons

The pay could be better as it is only minimum wage but other than that no issues!

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Westmont College.

    Interview

I applied online and was interviewed by the director of my department and other colleagues I would work closely with. They were very flexible with my schedule as I was currently working at the time I was interviewing. Questions varied from my professional experience to why Westmont. During the interview process, I was also able to ask questions on what I could expect as a Westmont employee.
