Mission: Grow sustainable value for our clients, employee-owners, and communities by integrating teams and innovative approaches to solve emerging, complex problems for the environment and infrastructure worldwide.
I have been working at Weston Solutions full-time (More than 10 years)
The culture and people I get to work with are generally great. The workload is variable and always challenging thanks to a diverse client base. Senior professionals are always willing to share "trade secrets" and provide professional mentorship. Safety is #1 priority on all jobs where you feel you have someone looking out for you not just over you. You get what you give both on career development and workload. You are treated, and are expected to act, as a professional from day one. Phone stipend. Tuition reimbursement.
Pay is average to below average for engineers.
They don't give you a phone anymore.
Dated office furniture.
Culture is not universal across all offices.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Weston Solutions in October 2017.
I was approach in Linked IN. I had a quick interview with HR about the available positions in the company. I sent in my resume, it took almost a month to get another response from HR. I was scheduled an interview with the Director of Operations and was scheduled for more interviews about 5 days later. I declined on the next set of interviews but the interviewers prior were friendly and they seemed very kind. The company seems like a great company to work for with great benefits and pay. The process just took too long and I was offered a position from another company.
