    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Westpak full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Some of the best benefits on the planet. Makes other Silicon Valley employers look weak. High pay, lots of time off, bonuses, benefits paid 100%, if they are putting profits ahead of everything, they are doing it wrong. The guy who said that he "got out just in time" is way off. In fact he was part of the problem and we are glad he's gone.

    Cons

    None that I can see.

    Advice to Management

Keep the course...making everyone more money and growing Westpak without the whining losers like that guy who - thank God - got out is a good plan.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Westpak (Cal Poly SLO, CA) in May 2015.

    Interview

Found out about the internship through my packaging professor. The whole processes took about three weeks. It started with a guy from HR calling for a phone interview, followed by a week delay for a 2:1 interview on campus. Was not admitted for the final interview.
