Advice to Management
There is a lot of untapped talent in the company. If Weyerhaeuser can’t help associates grow into their ideal roles, they’ll find someone else who will.
Corporate culture has taken a turn for the worse creating an “us and them” atmosphere between associates and management.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Weyerhaeuser.
the interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to but the questions were tough. I had to skip a couple and answered them at the end. Overall it was a difficult interview but the process was enjoyable.
