I have been working at Weyerhaeuser full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Solid benefits package
    Excellent pay
    Great coworkers
Bonus pay when operational criteria are met.
Best in industry products and services

    Cons

Limited advancement unless you’re in sales
Too dependent on metrics and documentation for reviews.
Has gone from being employee driven to very top down.

    Advice to Management

There is a lot of untapped talent in the company. If Weyerhaeuser can’t help associates grow into their ideal roles, they’ll find someone else who will.
Corporate culture has taken a turn for the worse creating an “us and them” atmosphere between associates and management.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Weyerhaeuser.

    Interview

the interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to but the questions were tough. I had to skip a couple and answered them at the end. Overall it was a difficult interview but the process was enjoyable.

    Interview Questions

    • there were lots of hypothetical questions on handling safety.   Answer Question
