I have been working at Wheelhouse Enterprises full-time (More than a year)
Working together in small teams to accomplish tasks. Getting to know the entire company. Having a voice. Being in the know. Transparency. This is just to name a few pros that i found while working for Wheelhouse.
Wheelhouse is a fast paced environment not intended for everyone. Decisions are made and actions need to be taken. If you cant keep up in a growing start-up, then this type of environment might not be a fit.
Advice to Management
Keep steering the ship in the right direction!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wheelhouse Enterprises (Redwood City, CA) in July 2015.
Given the numerous amount of Interviews I had, I just knew this was the Job to obtain. I had at least 6 ridiculous Interviews. I'm assuming because they were all with different individuals however 3 is usually max . In any case they paint such a rosy picture in the Interview. They tell you although the Pay is 24K you will make up for that with Commission.
