Decent money and great training in higher end restaurant service. Also, senior management is wonderful and very accommodating. I would recommend working for this group if mid-level management changed and business increased.
Very meticulous mid-level management. Side work was way too intense compared to the money you are actually making. There was definatly favoritism on the floor.
Advice to Management
I would advise the mid-level management to take a more relaxed and team-work oriented approach rather than barking orders towards servers.
