Whitebox Real Estate was created because our founder, Grant Pruitt, was tired of all the *bleep* he encountered at other firms. Grant wanted to create a culture where a broker, at any stage of their career, could get the proper training and mentorship, be compensated fairly, and be empowered to build their own brand and ultimate success.
