I have been working at Whitlock (Less than a year)
Good work environment, Training encouraged supervisors
Some, not all projects with unreal deadlines, micro management by some Lead techs, lack of trade knowledge of some PMs
Advice to Management
Have the, Lead tech, the PM, and the office Manager meet, before, during, and at the end of the project, to improve standards, time frame, and miscellaneous encounters.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whitlock (Austin, TX) in March 2017.
Got hired on from a Temp Agency. Worked for three months, then again for two months then they offered a permanent position. Talks started a couple of weeks after my second time working with the company.
