I have been working at Wholesale Electric full-time

    Pros

The branch I work for is very understanding of personal time and needs away from the office as long as you can maintain your work efficiency and be available when customers are in need. Even if it is remote

    Cons

Heavy on Nepotism, and connections to the top.

    Advice to Management

More company culture. Give employees a reason to interact with each other and build a sense of camaraderie.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wholesale Electric (Houston, TX) in March 2015.

    Interview

Very friendly and make you feel at ease. First is always the standard question " Tell me about yourself" , then they asked more about my past experience as it was based on Oil and Gas industry. Infact I was working on Engineering side of the same Project for which they did procurement, so most of the other questions evolved around the same.
After interview, they asked me to email what are my expectations when I will start working as an Intern here and next week I got a confirmation letter!
