Pros

It's a mid-sized company that doesn't have it all figured out so there are opportunities for individuals to grow. IF you are confident, leadership is accessible and willing to hear ideas/opinions

Cons

Company runs lean -especially non-revenue generating groups. Expect to show a decent business case for any expenditure in this environment. No performance bonus.

Advice to Management

Focus on understanding your key assets- your employees . Assess their performance and reward them more fairly across teams/org.
