    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at William H. Gordon Associates (Chantilly, VA).

    Interview

It will likely only be one interview and a VT degree gets you additional consideration. The CEO will be the one to make the hiring decision. Once on board you will find the CEO has good business development skills but is a poor manager. His subordinates take care of the management side.

    Interview Questions

    • They will ask: "what is your biggest weakness" and "what is your biggest strength". Have that answer ready before you go and it will impress.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

    vacation days and signing bonus
