I have been working at William H. Gordon Associates full-time (More than 3 years)
You really get the sense that Gordon cares about their employees. From entry level all the way to the top. The atmosphere and the people make it such great place work. I don’t think I’ve been with any company that goes above and beyond for their employees. Management steps up for their younger engineers to help teach them all the tools they need,, whether that be through personal one on one time or group teaching sessions after hours.
They are flexible and care a lot about having a good work life balance. But at the same time, you feel valued as an employee, so you are driven to work as hard as you can to improve yourself and the company.
Not too much cons at the moment that I can think of. I would highly recommend Gordon. You can’t beat this kind of work culture
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at William H. Gordon Associates (Chantilly, VA).
It will likely only be one interview and a VT degree gets you additional consideration. The CEO will be the one to make the hiring decision. Once on board you will find the CEO has good business development skills but is a poor manager. His subordinates take care of the management side.
