Raises will always be a percentage of what you currently make (roughly 0-10%) regardless of promotions. This was a significant reason for many of my peers departure from the company.
Your experience is greatly determined by your client team.
You begin immediately on a client. There is training, but oftentimes you are expected to learn from your teammates (who can range from great trainers to very poor) until you can be put in a large group training
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Willis Towers Watson (Houston, TX) in October 2018.
I Interviewed in Houston for Business Analyst 1. It is a 5 hour long performace from listening to what the company is about, having lunch, to drawing on a board explaining what you think your role would be, 4 back to back interviews, and an office tour.
This company values its applicants. Not all companies will buy you lunch and create name tags for you just for an interview. If you made it to the second interview, you should applaud yourself.
Interview early October, didnt hear back until late october for 2nd interview. Within a few days, got an offer.
