    I worked at Wilmerhale full-time

    Pros

Beautiful office, great hours, friendly and highly intelligent coworkers, high-profile clients, excellent benefits (especially paid time off: 25 days to start entry level)

    Cons

Typical bureaucracy, some tasks can be tedious and unnecessary, hiring process was too long

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wilmerhale (Los Angeles, CA).

    Interview

They did not even have me do a screening interview, just called me into their office to meet with five different attorneys in 30 minute increments. Very easy interview, only one of the meetings actually felt like an interview whereas the rest of them just had me asking them questions. The office is pretty standard for big law firms too, glass meeting area in middle of office.

    Reasons for Declining

I do not like living in Los Angeles.
