I have been working at Wilson Electronics full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This is a very stable company that strives to make improvements all the time. We have competitive pay, awesome benefits, and opportunities for personal growth and advancement all rolled into a fun place to work. The company cares about the people and shows their appreciation for our accomplishments with extra paid holidays, pizza parties, and sometimes even ice cream. Our CEO is awesome! He has really turned the company around and re-energized the overall moral. I have been with this company from the beginning. I have seen the ups and downs. I'm really glad that I never gave up and moved on. I am really excited to see where we go from here!

    Cons

As with all companies, nothing can be perfect, but I can't think of anything that is out of the ordinary.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Electrical Engineering Interview

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wilson Electronics (Saint George, UT).

    Interview

Pretty thorough! It started with a phone interview, the next step moved to an in - person interview at the office, and then moved on to a panel interview with a group of employees I would be working with on a daily basis. Everyone had different questions for what they were looking for.

    Interview Questions

    • Give me an example of a lesson learned at your previous job and what improvements you've made as a result.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

They tend to bring their best offer right away to avoid a lengthy negotiation.
