    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (Palo Alto, CA) in March 2019.

    Interview

At first I was very excited to get interviewed. I met with 6 people 2 attorneys and 4 staff. It started off well, but I noticed how they were not prepared with proper questions for me. Only one attorney was constantly asking questions, but the others were quiet. It gave off a vibe that they were perhaps unprepared or simply just did not want to be there. Almost everyone in the room looked unhappy and dull. I have waited 3 weeks and I have done 2 email follow ups with HR. I have not heard anything yet. For a company to be known as professional and reputable, I am frustrated with their hiring process. I understand and am content if I did not get the position, but at least have the courtesy of letting me know so that I can move on with other opportunities.
