The original group of people were great to work with when it was a start up. The founder was had enthusiasm was infectious. You wanted to do everything to make it succeed.
When it got to 200 people, the politics started. One of the managers hired just before CA came in, didn't have the technical knowledge necessary. CA brought the big company mentality.
Advice to Management
Make the employees feel like they matter, and that their jobs are not in jeopardy.
