I have been working at Windermere Real Estate full-time
Every Windermere office is different. At the office I am at in Puyallup, they provided training as a new agent. They also offered "floor time" on a volunteer basis. Floor time is basically a 3 hour shift where you are at the office for any calls that come in from a potential client that needs help buying or selling a house. If you end up turning that call or walk-in customer in a sell, you do not have to pay a referral fee to the office.
After your initial training, there is not additional training on how to manage your business, making it hard to expand your business.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Windermere Real Estate (Bellevue, WA).
Phone interview first, very simple phone interview. In person interview was laid back, they seemed ready to give me the job if I wanted it. I was referred by a friend and had experience, so I think it was a bit easier for me.
