    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Windermere Real Estate full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

All Windermere real estate brokers are required to be members of the National Association of Realtors, a professional organization that requires all members to adhere to a strict code of ethics. Though it is expensive to join and requires continuing education and ethics training, I appreciate knowing that other Windermere brokers I deal with area also professional Realtors.

    Cons

Individual office costs do add up. Consider cost-cutting innovations to lower these costs :)

    Advice to Management

Up your game online and consider keeping all listings online, even if sold, to create a master data base of real estate in each city you have an office.
