    Pros

    Very good company to work for, They treat the employees very well. Many perks and flexible hours.

    Cons

    Some of the management were to secretive. There was no training on how they want you to do the job for them.

    Advice to Management

    Never talk down to your employees. Once that happens, it's just a pay check, you will get bare minimum out of them.
