I have been working at Winged Keel Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This company has been through a lot of changes since I've joined just a few years ago so there are have been ups and downs. overall the changes have been mostly positive for the company and employees. I like the close, intimate feel of the company. Very easy to make friends and work closely with others. Everyone is really smart, and really good at what they do. I learn a lot on a regular basis. The work is interesting, and the owners keep the staff updated in monthly meetings: they talk about new investments, financials, current cases. There is a lot of focus on performance management, i meet with my manager weekly which is helpful for feedback and my own development. The experience has been a good one for me.

    Cons

I'd like to see the revenue sharing plan invest quicker - otherwise, it doesn't feel as plentiful as the year end bonus.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Winged Keel Group.

    Interview

I was initially intimated about the phone interview through an assistant. The interviewer was very warm and inquisitive, and wanted to know how I could add value through this position to the company. I was questioned about my experience in different database software and my knowledge of managing application software.

    Interview Questions

    • I was mostly asked about my work experience, overall programming and IT management, am I willing to learn technologies that they use, and what I know about the company.   Answer Question
