I worked at Wintec full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice and friendly people. The projects were interesting and engaging. The company has a fairly flat structure. Senior management is accessible and open to the employees' feedback.

    Cons

Poor benefits, low salary, no cultural diversity. I did not see any attempts to retain good employees. Extremely lean organization. When someone would leave, the replacement position would not be filled making work-life balance rather difficult to achieve.

    Human Resource Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Hayward, CA

    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wintec (Hayward, CA) in June 2016.

    Interview

Uncomfortable setting with a lot of activity going on.
Questions seemed exploratory and pertinent. Required several certifications for the position that I had frankly never heard of and I have a Masters in Human Resources Management.
