    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WiredScore (London, England)

    Interview

Four stage interview process consisting of a call with the line manager for 10 mins, a take-home assignment, a formal interview with the team, and a final interview with one of the Directors.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, I had a really great time in the interviews which was very conversational.

WiredScore seems like a great place to work. Only declined the offer as I received a more suitable role for my own personal career growth.
    Interview

Why did you decide to become a trainer? Why WiredScore? Asked some follow up questions on my response to the take-home assigment. They will ask questions around each of their pillars - would recommend prepping a few examples demonstrating each. A time where you had to think quickly, a time where you created a training from scratch etc.
