I have been working at Wireless Advocates full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Infinite opportunities for career growth.
Emphasis on truly doing what is best for the customer.
Big little company; nationwide with 100s of doors, but on any given day the President or VP may call you up to ask how they are doing
    Solid health, 401k, vacation package

    Cons

Systems are still improving and can occasionally be a pain point

    Advice to Management

Focus all of SHQ on supporting the field, there is no room for an is against them mentality, ever.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Wireless Advocates (Seattle, WA) in February 2016.

    Interview

Emailed with recruiter followed by a phone interview. Next I was brought in for an in person interview and met with several different people over 3+ hours but nice to have it all done in one day.
