    I worked at Wireless World full-time


    Great Commission Structure compared to others. "Small business" like mentality the owner were fully involved in the stores and visited all the stores almost on a monthly basis. The owners truly care for their employees :).


    My managers we're horrible argued across the store with customers in the store. Extremely unprofessional and all my Co workers tried talking to our dm and nothing ever changed so I left.

    Advice to Management

    eep in touch more with what management is really doing the store I worked in the managers we're the weakest link and affected the stores success poorly. Don't let them fool you! If it weren't for the managers I had I would have gone far with your company and really would have loved working there.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wireless World (Minneapolis, MN) in June 2010.


    Easy process. District manager is flexible and easy to work with. They don't have a specific interview questionnaire. Process is about 45 minutes for first interview. If you are called back, you will do one more interview with one of the owners. They do use a personality profile that is filled out online.
