I have been working at Witt/Kieffer full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It's a great culture and plenty of opportunities to move up for those that work hard. Given the nature of the work it can be a high stress environment, but the people in the firm genuinely care about one another and that more than makes up for the stress. Highly competitive compensation and benefits.

    Cons

Nothing of note at this time.

    Advice to Management

    Senior management is great.

    Application

The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Witt/Kieffer (New York, NY).

    Interview

Terrible. Lack of clarification on roles. Communication was non existent. I showed up to the interview and the hiring manager had been fired. The process was way too long. There was lack of direction. Their focus was changing all the time.
