    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wix (San Francisco, CA).

    Interview

The process is different than any interviewing experience you probably had to endure. They call you in for a "meet and greet" where you are obviously being judged by the way you carry yourself. It is their version of 'getting to know you', your experience actually does not matter in this instance. You are interviewed in a group setting and asked simple questions, I strongly recommend you to be 'funny' to capture their attention. I made it past this round and received an email stating to brace yourself (if chosen) to start at a certain date which was set for couple of weeks from that email . Second round I was asked to come back for an on-site interview. Upon arrival I was given an article and some questions. The first question was; how would you describe how to use the 'Bold' button on microsoft word and how to use it, Not bad. The second question was about the article (planet x). During this round I spoke to 4 people who then pushed me to round 3 speaking to their boss in which I had to return on-site another day. They really push for culture and if you are the right fit. Their concern is more of the turn over rate and to see if you arent going to quit on them after 3 months. They are so concentrated on the turn-over rate that they miss out on quality employees. After returning on-site for round 3 their boss (who manages Miami and SF) pushed me to round 4 which was an interview with HR. At this point they had me on a string for 3 weeks. During round 4 HR asked me questions that were illegal to ask and were more personal questions rather than professional questions. I had not heard back from them since I spoke to HR. They could not even give the courtesy of telling me they had moved forth with other candidates. They waste alot time from people and offer such a low compensation. They seem to be looking for employees that do not mind settling for less. Apply at your own risk.
