    I interviewed for a Customer Success Manager role at Wix.com and I must say that this experience was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company.

    First I met with my future manager - I really loved that this happened first as it gave me an idea of who I would be working with. I got to hear firsthand from her what the team was like and what the day-to-day functions of the role are.

    Next, I did an assignment- this was VERY interesting. It really got me to see the day in the life of a Customer Success Manager and was also a lot of fun.

    As a third step - I met with the department director. This person gave me a high-level view of the team and where they are going. Director was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge.

    Lastly, I met with HR. WOW! The HR Interview was one of the best experiences I have ever had. HR really wanted to get to know me as a person outside of just my resume. It felt like I was having a conversation and it was very comfortable the entire time. He seemed extremely passionate about his role at Wix and about what was going on within the Customer Success Team. The questions he asked were pretty hard.

    In the end, I receive an offer and will be joining them next week. I am so happy to call myself a Wix employee!
