Great product, customers love it. The feeling as a solution architect is that you can really make an impact on the customer team. We take security teams that dont have a lot of cloud securityCons
It is a very fast growing company, this means there is always shortage in solution architects. You have to be prepared for some periods to have more pressure.Advice to Management
The enablement for onboarding is great, but it is important to give more learning time during the on going work (between quarters etc.). Also more joint work between SEs and SAs will allow the teamsDiversity & Inclusion at Wiz

The interview process was great and straightforward. Everyone I met with was incredibly kind and engaged in conversation. The first round consisted of one interview with the recruiter/hiring manager.
