This is a 1st class Car Dealership (facilities and product line) after you become sucessful in sales at Jay wolfe, and you can if your commited to working hard & smart, then as a salesperon you can go anywhere in the country and be very sucessful selling "anything"....best on the salesfloor sales training I've experienced in 20+yrs selling career
ZERO...appreciation, ZERO....encouragement from the sales managers/management....ZERO. So on slow days/weeks/months, it can VERY difficult to keep your head clear and positive.
Advice to Management
Hire sales managers to be your sales managers, rather than car sales persons.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolfe Automotive Group (Kansas City, MO) in March 2015.
Standard interview process. Multiple interviews, all with GM or department heads. Nothing out of the ordinary worth mentioning. The process took 2.5 weeks total, included background check, referral checks, and recommendations. I applied online, was emailed in return, then scheduled the first interview in person. After that, it took 72 hours to hear back, which scheduled the next interview. After that, another 72 hours or so passed by before scheduling the next interview.
