Good people, great facility, and amazing product

corporate runs things without a pulse, never really know what is going on in the store, just barks orders from the ivory tower. Skips over a dollar to save a nickel type of mentality. Lot is limiting, small, and hard to see from inside.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolfe Automotive Group (Kansas City, MO) in March 2015.

Standard interview process. Multiple interviews, all with GM or department heads. Nothing out of the ordinary worth mentioning. The process took 2.5 weeks total, included background check, referral checks, and recommendations. I applied online, was emailed in return, then scheduled the first interview in person. After that, it took 72 hours to hear back, which scheduled the next interview. After that, another 72 hours or so passed by before scheduling the next interview.
